⏱ Processing Time
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Orders are sent to the warehouse within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse in China to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
(May take up to 14–25 days during busy seasons or global delays) -
Other International Locations:
Shipping time will vary depending on your country and local carrier, but we aim to deliver within 10–20 business days.

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather conditions, or local courier issues. Switcheries is not responsible for delays outside our control.
🚚 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
To track your package, visit our Track Your Order page and enter your email and tracking number.
🏝 Shipping to Remote Locations
We do ship to remote and rural areas. However, please allow additional time for delivery beyond the estimated dates.
📦 Multiple Packages
Sometimes, your order may arrive in multiple packages to speed up delivery — don’t worry if items are delivered separately.
📬 Undelivered Packages
If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it unless the customer pays for re-delivery.
💸 Customs & Import Fees
We are not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
All international orders ship from China, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

📝 Modifying Your Shipping Address
You may update your shipping address before your order is shipped.
