📦 Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy

At Switcheries, we want you to love every product you receive. We carefully inspect, pack, and ship each order to make sure it arrives safely and meets your expectations. Please read our store policy below before placing your order.


🛑 All Sales Are Final

We do not accept order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Please double-check your cart before checking out. All sales are final.


🔁 Replacements for Damaged or Lost Items

We only offer replacements at no additional cost if:

  • The item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or soiled

  • The package is lost in transit

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at hello@switcheries.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s)

  • Attach a clear, dated photo of the item and original packaging with the shipping label visible

Our team will review your request and notify you if a replacement has been approved.
We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet the criteria.


🚚 Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout. Switcheries is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the courier but not received

  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier services

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
